FAQ
Common questions.
How are sales tracked?
We use Rewardful, which connects directly to our Stripe account. When a customer clicks your unique referral link, a 60-day cookie is set. If they purchase any TradeReady Lab product within that window, the sale is attributed to you at the Stripe charge level. Last-click attribution applies.
What if a customer refunds?
If a referred customer is refunded within 30 days, the matching commission is automatically voided. Chargebacks that are filed and upheld are clawed back from future payouts.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, net-30. Earnings from any given month are paid by the last business day of the following month, provided they exceed the USD $20 minimum and you have submitted required tax documentation.
Do I need to be in Canada or the US?
No. We pay affiliates worldwide via PayPal or Wise. U.S. persons must submit Form W-9 before payout. Non-U.S. persons must submit Form W-8BEN. You are responsible for any taxes owed in your jurisdiction.
Can I bid on TradeReady brand keywords in paid search?
No. Our brand keywords — including "TradeReady," "TradeReady Lab," and "Danielle Gale" — are reserved. Bidding on them is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
What disclosures are required?
Every promotion must include a clear affiliate disclosure (example: "This is an affiliate link. I earn a commission if you purchase — at no extra cost to you.") and, where the content touches on trading or investing, the education-only disclaimer ("TradeReady Lab is an educational resource. Nothing here is financial advice. Trading involves risk. Do your own research.").
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals — purchasing through your own link or directing household members to do so — are voided on detection. Repeat violations result in account termination.
Will commissions extend to future products?
Yes. The 30% rate applies to all current TradeReady Lab SKUs and is intended to extend to future SKUs, including the Manual Builder ($97, coming soon). We may adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice to active affiliates.

Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Effective: May 2026. Program operator: Alberta 2800977 Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"). These Terms govern participation in the TradeReady Lab Affiliate Program.
1. Acceptance
By applying to or participating in the TradeReady Lab Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
2. Program overview
The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring new customers to TradeReady Lab products. Participation is by application only and subject to our approval in our sole discretion.
3. Commission structure
3.1. Approved Affiliates earn a commission of thirty percent (30%) of the net sale price of any qualifying purchase made through their unique referral link.
3.2. Commissions are calculated on the amount charged to the customer, excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks.
3.3. Commission rates apply to all current TradeReady Lab SKUs and may be extended to future SKUs at our discretion.
3.4. We reserve the right to modify commission rates with thirty (30) days' written notice to active Affiliates.
4. Cookie and tracking window
Referral attribution is tracked via a sixty (60)-day cookie. A qualifying purchase must be completed within 60 days of the customer's first click on your referral link. Last-click attribution applies.
5. Payout
5.1. Commissions are paid monthly on a net-30 basis — earnings from Month 1 are paid by the last business day of Month 2.
5.2. Minimum payout threshold: USD $20.00. Earnings below this threshold carry over to the following month.
5.3. Payouts are made via PayPal or Wise to the payment method provided at registration. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details.
5.4. Payouts are contingent on completion of required tax documentation (see Section 9).
6. Prohibited promotion methods
Affiliates may not:
6.1. Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind.
6.2. Run paid search advertisements (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar) bidding on TradeReady Lab brand keywords, including "TradeReady," "TradeReady Lab," "Danielle Gale," or any misspellings thereof.
6.3. Use incentivized traffic, click farms, or any mechanism that artificially inflates click or conversion counts.
6.4. Engage in cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or any method of injecting affiliate tracking cookies without the user's voluntary action.
6.5. Promote TradeReady Lab products on coupon, cashback, or rewards sites without prior written approval.
6.6. Misrepresent the products, including making claims that imply financial returns, guaranteed outcomes, or trading recommendations. TradeReady Lab is an education product. All promotions must reflect this accurately.
6.7. Use the TradeReady Lab name, logo, or trademarks in any way that implies official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
7. Required disclosures
7.1. All affiliate promotions — posts, videos, newsletters, or any other medium — must include a clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship. Example: "This is an affiliate link. I earn a commission if you purchase — at no extra cost to you."
7.2. Any promotion that touches on trading, investing, or financial topics must include the following disclaimer or substantially equivalent language: "TradeReady Lab is an educational resource. Nothing here is financial advice. Trading involves risk. Do your own research."
7.3. Failure to include required disclosures may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Self-referrals
Self-referrals — purchasing through your own affiliate link or directing household members to do so — are strictly prohibited. Commissions from self-referrals will be voided. Repeated violations will result in account termination.
9. Tax documentation
9.1. Affiliates must provide accurate tax information before receiving any commission payment.
9.2. U.S. persons must submit a completed Form W-9.
9.3. Non-U.S. persons must submit a completed Form W-8BEN.
9.4. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on commissions received.
10. Refunds and chargebacks
10.1. If a referred customer receives a refund within 30 days of purchase, the corresponding commission is voided.
10.2. If a referred customer files a chargeback and it is upheld, the corresponding commission is reversed and will be deducted from future payouts. If no future payouts are due, we may invoice the Affiliate for the reversed amount.
11. Termination
11.1. We may terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
11.2. Cause for immediate termination with forfeiture of unpaid commissions includes: violation of prohibited promotion methods (Section 6), failure to include required disclosures (Section 7), self-referral fraud (Section 8), or misrepresentation of the product.
11.3. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by written notice. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid on the next regular payout date, provided they meet payout thresholds and refund windows have cleared.
12. Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede any prior discussions.
